Construction has officially begun on Morris Property Group’s (MPG) One City Hill development in the City, the first edition of residences in The Barracks precinct.

“This is a significant milestone for the project. We’re thrilled to formally mark the commencement of works in what will be one of Canberra’s most iconic residential developments,” said director and founder of Morris Property Group, Barry Morris.

“One City Hill represents the best of contemporary Canberra living. Situated in the very heart of the Capital’s vibrant city, these apartments offer luxury and convenience for residents. It is a privilege to be involved in such an important project.”

The development will feature one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, with the buildings designed to echo the geometry of Lake Burley Griffin and strike a balance between privacy and allowing views across parkland and beyond.

“We’ve designed One City Hill for all generations – from singles to downsizers, working couples to families. This is a unique opportunity to secure a home in a breathtaking location,” Mr Morris said.
