Two milestones reached for DKSN precinct

Doma’s DKSN precinct

Doma’s DKSN precinct has reached two milestones, with the topping out of the mixed-use Cape building and the announcement of a 90-person childcare centre.

Doma’s senior development manager, David Jameson, said that “with Cape nearing its move in date, we are very excited to start welcoming operators who will provide residents with convenient access to outstanding hospitality and services and bring new amenity to Dickson and the inner north”. Cape will be home to 102 apartments, three food and beverage outlets, five retail spaces and the childcare centre, to be operated by Wonderschool.

Cape is the second building in the DKSN precinct, and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2020. A 13,200sqm ACT Government office building is scheduled to open in the first half of 2020.

Construction on the northern site is due to start next year, and will include 200 apartments, office space and 50 retail tenancies.
