Dame Pattie Menzies House in Dickson is on the market, with expressions of interest to close on Tuesday 24 March.

Colliers International director capital markets and investment services, Matthew Winter, said this is a rare opportunity, with the building currently fully tenanted with a government tenant.

“Demand for quality office space in the ACT is strong, so there is also an excellent opportunity for new owners to refurbish and reposition this asset,” he said.

“Due to its flexible purpose clause and strong investment characteristics, this property will attract a wide mix of interested parties.”
