The sale of a home in Canberra’s south has smashed the suburb record by $200,000.
Sold by Hive’s Josh Morrissey, 11 Boucaut Place in Curtin sold off-market last week for $2.7 million, just days before it was due to be listed on the market.
The four-bedroom, built-to-sell home was bought by someone the agents had met at other open homes.
The previous record for the suburb was held by 83 Dunstan Street, which sold in October last year for $2,500,000.
