ACT has ‘happiest’ sellers

Back

A survey conducted by real estate agent review site, RateMyAgent, has found Canberrans are the happiest sellers in the country, with 45% of respondents saying they were satisfied with the sale price of their homes.

The ACT was sitting in equal-second place for seller satisfaction, alongside NSW and behind Tasmania, before COVID-19. The 20,000 survey responses show the ACT has risen to number one in the country, after Tasmania’s sellers experienced a sharp decline in satisfaction after the virus hit. The ACT’s seller satisfaction dropped 1% from January to April this year.
