ACT finalists in the running for national awards

There are four ACT finalists in the 2020 Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) Innovation and Excellence Awards.

“The ACT’s four finalists are a powerful symbol of an industry that continues to challenge itself to deliver better workplaces, homes and communities for Canberrans,” said RLB managing director, Mark Chappe.

The finalists are: Moncrieff Affordable Homes for Purchase for Best Affordable Housing Development; the John Gorton Building – façade and roof for Best Heritage Development; 3 Molonglo Drive for Best Office Development; and Capital Airport Group Office for Best Workplace Project.

All ACT development finalists are in the running for ACT Development of the Year and the Rider Levett Bucknall Australian Development of the Year. The national award winners will be announced at the awards’ gala dinner in May.
