Iconic Hotels has announced a 52-room four-star hotel will be built for the NSW South Coast. Abode Malua Bay has 52 rooms that are self-contained, apartment-style rooms perfect for those traveling for work or leisure, groups and long stay guests.
Abode Malua Bay will be the seventh hotel in the Abode portfolio – which includes Kingston, Narrabundah, Woden, Tuggeranong and Gungahlin and Murrumbateman – and is expected to open its doors to guests in March.
“Abode Malua Bay offers all the inclusions our guests are familiar with, in a premium beachfront location,” said Iconic Hotels general manager Rien Donkin.
“Just metres from Malua Bay Beach, the hotel offers unrivalled ocean views, and will cater predominantly for leisure guests.”
The NSW South Coast location is also bike, surfboard and pet friendly, with all rooms featuring kitchenettes and washer/dryer facilities. The rooms will also be overlooking Malua Bay Beach with complimentary parking and complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi.
